Medical Affairs Consultant

About the role

You will help life‑science organizations become more effective by providing medical affairs strategy insights to pharmaceutical and biotech customers. The role combines scientific/clinical knowledge with business acumen to translate complex scientific data into influential storyboards for business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Manage project responsibilities and workload to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
• Understand project roles, responsibilities, and impact on customer contracts and statements of work.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and support creation of project deliverables.
• Participate in company‑sponsored events, training, professional development, and practice initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in research and data analysis, including organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking.
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
