Materials Supply Coordinator

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Materials Supply Coordinator to ensure the right material is available at the right time while minimizing total system cost. The role supports operations, maintenance and materials management across US and Canada plants and refineries.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily automation bots to create purchase requisitions, revise reservations and adjust planned orders.
• Generate monthly warehouse and business line reports.
• Host meetings with business lines to discuss inventory status and performance.
• Lead inventory optimization exercises and propose risk‑based process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑analytics orientation.
• Background in supply chain, planning or inventory management.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
