Marketing Recruiter (Digital Marketing & Creative Recruiting)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate recruiter to build a world‑class marketing team for our fast‑growing, women‑owned eyewear brand. The role is fully remote, full‑time, with flexible hours (9 AM‑6 PM EST) and requires fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for marketing and creative positions.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and identify top talent.
• Build strong candidate pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
• Present highly qualified candidates and fill positions quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Improve recruiting systems, employer branding, onboarding experience, and talent pipelines.
• Support new hires during their first month to ensure smooth integration.

Required profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts to assess candidate expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on quality over quantity.
• Ability to create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
