Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to own and optimise the systems, data and processes that power its go‑to‑market engine. You will manage HubSpot end‑to‑end, integrate product usage, marketing and sales metrics, and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to scale a developer‑focused, product‑led business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain the HubSpot data architecture, lead routing, attribution and performance reporting.
• Integrate analytics platforms such as Amplitude and connect them to the CRM to provide a unified view of demand generation.
• Create and maintain end‑to‑end data models, automated workflows and tracking frameworks (UTM, attribution).
• Develop advanced reporting and visualisations for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to document complex workflows before implementation.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting broken automations under pressure.
• Experience with demand‑generation operations, including paid media, email marketing and segmentation.

Required skills

• HubSpot mastery – data modelling and system design.
• Analytics integration – Amplitude or similar.
• SQL for data querying and self‑service reporting.
• Webhooks and API knowledge for platform integration.
• UTM and attribution framework expertise.
