Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing initiatives for a group of industrial recycling and material‑processing brands operating across Canada. The role will own the full marketing stack, shape the roadmap and work closely with sales to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the marketing roadmap, providing strategic direction rather than only task execution.
• Identify and engage the Ideal Customer Profile for both industrial equipment and manufacturing divisions.
• Own and optimise HubSpot Marketing Pro, building automated workflows, tracking attribution and managing the lead lifecycle.
• Manage multi‑channel digital presence, including website and social media, to increase brand visibility.
• Equip the sales team with high‑quality intelligence and collateral using tools such as ZoomInfo and Claude.

Required profile

• Proactive leader with a builder‑mindset who can architect demand‑generation engines.
• Experienced B2B marketer comfortable with industrial or SaaS environments.
• HubSpot power user who can translate strategy into measurable results.
