About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. This full‑time remote position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands‑on expertise across paid media, SEO, and growth marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on major digital advertising platforms.
• Create and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Lead growth‑marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and continuously refine campaigns.
• Conduct market research to uncover new lead‑generation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects.
• Test new channels, messaging, and tactics to enhance results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management or a similar digital role.
• Strong hands‑on background with paid media and performance marketing.
• Solid knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation.
• Experience driving growth‑marketing and customer‑acquisition programs.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
