Marketing Manager - Consumer Technology

About the role

Our client, a global leader in networking and connectivity solutions, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive its B2B and B2C marketing strategy in Argentina. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution of integrated campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate the local marketing team, including specialists and design resources.
• Manage the marketing budget across digital, trade, PR and events, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Design and launch integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue.
• Define trade‑marketing strategies, support distributors with promotions and in‑store visibility programs.
• Oversee digital activities – paid media, content, SEO, CRM and social media – with a data‑driven approach.
• Plan and execute corporate events, sponsorships and trade shows to enhance partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Regional Marketing to ensure unified go‑to‑market execution.
• Analyse market trends, competitor actions and campaign performance to inform future tactics.
• Represent Argentina’s marketing results in regional and global meetings, reporting key KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record developing B2B and B2C strategies in technology, connectivity or consumer electronics.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
