Marketing Instructor – AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced marketing educator to help shape AI‑generated marketing content. In this fully remote, task‑based contract you will review and improve datasets that teach large language models how to reason about branding, consumer behavior, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Assess the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic planning.
• Identify misconceptions, oversimplifications, or gaps in the AI‑generated content.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance accuracy, clarity, and real‑world relevance.
• Apply pedagogical expertise to ensure content is accessible and educational.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand development.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Self‑directed, comfortable working remotely on task‑based assignments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for content evaluation.
• Experience with content‑evaluation workflows.
• Knowledge of data‑labeling platforms.
