Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

Join Alignerr’s AI training team to help shape how large language models understand marketing. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you apply your academic marketing expertise to improve AI‑generated content for brand strategy, consumer behavior, and go‑to‑market planning.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Assess the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify misconceptions, oversimplifications, or gaps in the AI‑produced material.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance accuracy, clarity, and real‑world relevance.
• Leverage your teaching experience to ensure content is pedagogically sound and accessible.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand development.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Skilled at delivering clear, constructive, and structured feedback.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely on task‑based assignments.
