Marketing Designer

About the role

Assurant is looking for a Marketing Designer to support its growing Home Warranty business. The role will create high‑quality marketing and sales enablement materials across print, digital and presentation channels while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, booklets, one‑pagers and sales support materials.
• Create event graphics including banners, signage and promotional assets.
• Develop social media assets and other digital marketing materials.
• Build PowerPoint presentations and branded templates.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print vendors and ensure compliance with print specifications.
• Maintain brand standards across all creative deliverables.
• Create Canva templates for business stakeholders within the Enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with marketing partners and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
• Experience preparing production‑ready files and understanding print specifications.
• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
