Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and engage key stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Operations Director, you will blend strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent cadence.
• Create and manage email newsletters and segmented campaigns, aiming for ≥20% open rates and ≥2% click‑through rates.
• Design and launch lead‑generation initiatives, including landing pages, lead magnets and nurture sequences.
• Optimize the website and local listings for SEO, and perform regular updates.
• Produce marketing assets and communications for referral partners and community outreach.
• Support executive LinkedIn presence and assist with press releases and media coordination.
• Monitor inbound inquiries, route them appropriately, and ensure timely responses.
• Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1 level).
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in a purpose‑driven or nonprofit environment is a plus.
