Marketing & Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth‑sports operator looking for an entry‑level Marketing & Campaign Coordinator. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to design, execute, and optimise email and SMS lifecycle campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QA‑checking and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Help set up and test automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement and retention triggers.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files and maintain workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables and marketing calendars to ensure on‑time launches.
• Support A/B test setup, track results and compile performance reports (open rates, click‑through, conversions, etc.).
• Monitor compliance with regulations (CASL, CAN‑SPAM, GDPR) and perform list‑hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious and detail‑oriented.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing.
• Enthusiastic about how data and messaging drive results.
• Entry‑level / junior candidate eager to develop lifecycle‑marketing expertise.
