Manager, Identity & Access Management – Cybersecurity

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Manager in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the Cybersecurity practice. You will lead the design and delivery of secure access solutions for both internal users and client environments, ensuring data protection and compliance across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Manage user identities, access rights, and authentication mechanisms.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Utilize Azure Active Directory and cloud‑based IAM platforms to strengthen security posture.
• Oversee deployment of access control models and authorization management systems.
• Analyze system components to identify vulnerabilities and improve security controls.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project timelines with leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IAM or cybersecurity projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access provisioning, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and performance‑management skills.
