Manager, Employee Recruiting

About the role

The Manager, Employee Recruiting partners directly with Salesforce leaders to shape talent strategy for the sales organization. You will lead a team of recruiters, drive aggressive hiring goals, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a recruitment strategy that meets aggressive hiring targets through accurate forecasting.
• Build recruiter capability in business acumen, partnering, and influencing skills.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR partners, and finance to become a trusted advisor.
• Own weekly and quarterly reporting on hiring metrics and team performance.
• Lead projects that streamline recruiting processes and enhance overall organizational impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales recruiting leadership, managing a team of recruiters.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Experience operating in a fast‑paced LATAM sales environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
