Manager, Clinical Site Contracts and Budgets

About the role

Parexel FSP is seeking a Manager to lead the drafting, negotiation and implementation of global investigative site budgets and contracts for assigned clinical studies. The role is remote, based in Argentina, and focuses on ensuring timely, compliant delivery of site agreements while fostering strong relationships with investigative sites.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for site contracts and budgets across assigned studies, ensuring high‑quality, compliant execution.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize site budgets and clinical trial agreements.
• Review and manage site‑requested changes, applying standard processes and escalation pathways.
• Collaborate with internal study teams and external partners from early planning through contract lifecycle.
• Prioritize and drive progress on site contracts within the clinical trial working group.
• Set up study‑specific budget parameters using industry tools and data sources.
• Maintain accurate systems and trackers for budget and contract dispositions.
• Coordinate study start‑up activities such as Site Initiation Visits (SIV) scheduling.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical site contracts and budget management.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contractual agreements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in clinical research.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
