Management Consulting Analyst – Heavy Equipment

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network as a Management Consulting Analyst/Consultant focused on heavy‑equipment clients. You will work on large, multinational programs that help industrial companies in North America redesign business processes, build organizational capabilities, and implement digitally enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary global teams to define solutions for complex projects such as e‑commerce platforms, digital transformation initiatives, dealer management systems, and service operations.
• Support large OEMs, OESs and dealer channels in designing and implementing new business processes and digital tools.
• Translate customer needs into clear business requirements and present solutions to senior client stakeholders.
• Participate in agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in industrial companies, dealers, or service providers.
• Experience in sales, service, rental, telematics, logistics or marketing domains.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum or SAFe) – desirable.
• Functional knowledge of SAP – desirable.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, Customer Engagement) – desirable.
