M&A Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. You will work remotely as an independent contractor, reviewing AI responses, testing complex scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their performance for correctness and quality.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
