Logistics Manager – Direct-to-Consumer Health & Wellness

About the role

HarZa Group is seeking a Logistics Manager to own order fulfillment, shipping cost optimization, US warehouse relationships, demand planning, and logistics finance reconciliation for its portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brands. The role operates in US/EU business hours and requires tight control of data and processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full visibility over Shopify orders – fulfilled, unfulfilled, in‑transit, delayed, and exceptions – and proactively flag issues.
• Forecast demand by SKU, set reorder points, and coordinate with sourcing to avoid stock‑outs or overstock.
• Build and manage relationships with US‑based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses, negotiate rates, and enforce service‑level agreements.
• Optimize shipping costs through carrier selection, packaging efficiency, and zone optimization while preserving delivery quality.
• Reconcile all freight, carrier, and 3PL invoices against actual shipments, identify overbilling, and recover discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience managing logistics, fulfillment, or supply‑chain operations in a DTC or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven track record in SKU‑level demand planning, forecasting, and setting reorder points.
• Direct experience negotiating with and managing US‑based 3PLs and fulfillment partners, including SLA enforcement.
