Litigation Paralegal – Remote (California)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our fast‑growing, tech‑forward California legal team. The role is fully remote and supports attorneys handling Labor & Employment, Personal Injury, and Business Litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout all litigation phases, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and settlement documents.
• Coordinate court filings, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines.
• Manage document productions, electronic case files, and organize trial materials.
• Prepare deposition summaries, witness lists, exhibit binders, and other trial support documents.
• Facilitate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial schedules with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Communicate professionally with clients while delivering high‑quality service.
• Leverage legal technology and case‑management systems to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in Employment Law, Personal Injury, or Business Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, court rules, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, proofreading, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability.
