Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions

About the role

As a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Employee Relations & Transitions, you will manage employee exits for Remote’s external workforce, ensuring legal compliance and delivering a high‑quality customer experience. You will also provide first‑level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee voluntary and involuntary employee exits across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining legal compliance and a positive experience.
• Provide first‑line Employee Relations assistance, interpreting workplace issues and directing clients to appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the broader Lifecycle team to identify and implement process improvements aligned with Remote’s strategic goals.
• Support the development of compliance coverage and enhance customer journeys in over 80 countries.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing employee terminations with sensitivity, legal accuracy, and strong communication.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and propose practical solutions.
