Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Payoneer is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer engagement, retention and growth initiatives across the region. You will design and optimise lifecycle programmes that boost product adoption, increase revenue and enhance long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional lifecycle marketing strategy, acting as the subject‑matter expert.
• Identify engagement opportunities and develop champion/challenger tactics to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with GTM, Marketing and other stakeholders to localise and enrich existing customer journeys.
• Analyse critical touchpoints, track KPIs and uncover commercial opportunities for timely, relevant outreach.
• Drive revenue and profitability through increased engagement, cross‑sell, up‑sell and win‑back programmes.
• Experiment with new channels and test frameworks to scale the most effective growth strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years managing lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, cross‑sell and up‑sell programmes.
• Strong growth mindset with a focus on scalable, data‑driven strategies.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and long‑term profitability.
