Legal Operations Manager

About the role

Netrix Global is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end customer contracting and oversee daily Contract Operations. The role ensures contracts move efficiently through review, approval, execution and handoff while maintaining compliance with established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer contracts, including SOWs, MSAs, change orders, amendments and renewals.
• Manage contract intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, retention and archival.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive automation initiatives and optimize workflows in CLM and Salesforce.
• Serve as primary liaison between Legal, Sales, Finance, Service Delivery and Customer Success.
• Maintain contract repositories, reporting standards and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in contract operations, legal operations or related fields, preferably supporting technology services.
• Strong project‑management, stakeholder‑management and process‑improvement abilities.
