Legal Intake Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Legal Intake Assistant to join a boutique personal‑injury law firm. The role is fully remote and focuses on initiating new claims by contacting insurance companies and gathering essential documentation from clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to insurance carriers to open new legal claims.
• Proactively contact clients to collect missing information, documents, and claim details.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow‑ups, and claim statuses in the firm’s tracking system.
• Navigate insurance protocols efficiently to reduce delays.
• Provide clear, supportive communication to clients during the intake phase.
• Balance phone‑heavy tasks with timely administrative follow‑ups to keep claims moving.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in customer service, call‑center, telephonic intake, or administrative support (legal or insurance background is a plus).
• Consistently reliable attendance and strong time‑management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Experience with legal case‑management platforms such as CloudLex, Filevine, or Clio.
