Learning Instructional Design Reviewer (QA2) - Americas

About the role

EY's Talent Services L&D team is hiring a Learning Instructional Design Reviewer (QA2) for the Americas. As a QA2 reviewer, you review a portfolio of learning projects and programs to ensure they meet NASBA standards and can award US CPE credit. You work with internal content design and development teams in the US and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Detailed review of course materials such as slide decks, facilitation notes, participant guides, handouts, storyboards and scripts
• Verify the accuracy of required documentation and confirm that NASBA checklist requirements and content maps are complete
• Provide detailed written feedback to content design and development teams, and verbal feedback when needed, to make courses NASBA-compliant
• Apply NASBA standards to ensure courses meet CPE requirements, which helps learners maintain their professional licenses and meet the firm's continuing education needs

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience developing regulated learning (NASBA-compliant preferred), including detailed design documentation
• Experience completing quality assurance reviews related to compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and about 6 years of related work experience with an emphasis in learning design
• Ability to take initiative, manage several reviews at once in a fast-paced environment, assess risks and escalate appropriately
