Lead Recruiter – Buenos Aires

About the role

Lead Recruiter for Brainlabs' Buenos Aires campus, overseeing Academy and experienced hiring, and driving talent acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Academy, experienced hires and local needs, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, source, screen and manage offers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline, meet hiring targets, keep Time‑to‑Fill below 60 days for standard roles and 90 days for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Identify internal mobility candidates, forecast hiring needs and keep requisition data accurate.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on pipeline health and flag capacity risks.
• Drive process improvements, automate tools and enhance candidate experience.
• Manage a TA Associate, set priorities, coach and develop their skills.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives, build university relationships and represent Brainlabs at recruitment events.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of talent‑acquisition experience, including managing at least one direct report.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment ownership and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Candidate‑focused with strong emotional intelligence and ability to maintain a positive experience under pressure.
• Comfortable using an ATS such as Greenhouse and AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
• Track record of improving recruitment processes and solving scheduling or bottleneck issues.
• Organised self‑starter who can juggle multiple roles and adapt to shifting priorities.
