Lead Instructor: Enterprise

About the role

This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands‑on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature‑by‑feature demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) that combine hands‑on exercises with live tool demonstrations.
• Explain promotional planning concepts, terminology, processes and performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift and incrementality in clear business language.
• Adapt training delivery to audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users and ensure a professional, engaging virtual classroom presence.
• Facilitate participants’ active use of the client‑specific proprietary tool, troubleshooting unexpected behavior when necessary.
• Participate in onboarding, client‑specific tool training, dry‑runs and preparation meetings to ensure technical readiness.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity of retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software confidently in a live virtual environment.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, interactive training or workshops where participants actively use software.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues and adapting to evolving client requirements.
