Lead Full Stack Engineer – Production Reliability

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability and rapid troubleshooting for a live Hiring Events platform serving enterprise clients in real time. You will work across Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React, ensuring high‑availability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to live hiring events.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and prioritize support requests.
• Monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Own deployments, code merges, and production releases.
• Support architecture updates, integrations, and dependency changes.
• Mentor, onboard, and guide new engineers as the team expands.
• Use data and logs to investigate issues and contribute to technical prioritization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
