Lead Designer – Remote

About the role

Paper Street Media is seeking a Lead Designer to head its graphic design team. This remote, full‑time position will guide creative output for a web‑based video‑on‑demand platform focused on adult entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, providing direction and feedback.
• Review, approve, and quality‑check all design deliverables for brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign goals into clear creative direction.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across web, email, paid media, social, and internal materials.
• Assign tasks, manage priorities, and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Studio, Creative Ops, Sales, and Growth teams to align timelines and expectations.
• Define and maintain templates, visual guidelines, and reusable design systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, workflows, and team processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or visual communication design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Comfort with creating content of an adult nature.
