Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation Leader

About the role

The Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation Leader will drive the evolution of recruitment operating models across Latin America. Reporting to the Latam TA² Transformation & Activation Leader, this senior role focuses on embedding AI, automation and digital tools into the talent acquisition lifecycle while building recruiter capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional TA transformation projects, converting strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Integrate AI, automation and digital solutions throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Redesign recruiter roles, career paths and skill frameworks to support a future‑of‑work model.
• Develop and deliver a structured upskilling roadmap for recruiters.
• Partner with TA, HR, Technology and Business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistency, scalability and efficiency of TA processes while respecting local market nuances.
• Act as the Latam liaison for global TA transformation programs, monitoring adoption and impact through defined KPIs.
• Champion change management, communication and cultural adoption across the TA community.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR transformation or workforce strategy.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, technology ecosystems and the Latin American talent market.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation projects in matrixed organisations.
• Experience redesigning operating models and implementing skills‑based hiring approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
