Aon is seeking a LATAM Proposals Development Consultant to create innovative, customized value propositions for private clients and prospects across the region. Key responsibilities

• Develop creative, tailored value propositions for private clients and prospects, leveraging Aon’s solution lines.
• Design and implement projects that improve innovation, knowledge depth, and efficiency in the proposal development process.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of proposals.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or brokerage, preferably in technical areas or value‑proposition development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
