Label and Artist Relations Manager

About the role

You will lead day‑to‑day relationships with music labels and artists on behalf of YouTube, ensuring strong partnerships that benefit creators, labels, and the platform. The role sits within the Global Partnerships organization and works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive music‑related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily label and artist relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for a targeted set of partners.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous artist and label activities, from marketing campaigns to product integrations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to select artists, set expectations, and prioritize partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and oversee agreements or partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.
• Drive satisfaction and long‑term engagement for both labels and artists across all music genres, with a focus on the Latin market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and managing agreements or partnerships.
• Background in label and artist management, label product management, or artist marketing, especially within the Latin market.
• Ability to act quickly, handle stressful situations, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
