Key Account Management Specialist – After‑Sales Department

About the role

The Key Account Management Specialist will support the After‑Sales Department by driving service and parts sales across our fleet customers nationwide. This role involves regular field visits, performance monitoring, and the development of promotional programs to strengthen dealer and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 6‑8 fleet accounts per week to promote after‑sales service and parts sales in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Monitor fleet performance and dealer business penetration.
• Prepare and launch after‑sales service, program, and parts promotions for fleet customers.
• Promote CSP programs to dealers and customers.
• Compile monthly fleet account penetration reports.
• Produce weekly fleet account activity reports.
• Oversee the national service program for fleet customers.
• Manage direct service operations and associated customers.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑handling abilities with good rapport‑building skills.
• Solid knowledge of automotive technicalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with system application programs.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Preferred experience: 2 years as Service Advisor, Cadet Engineer, or Technician.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
