Junior Project Manager – Content Operations & Localization

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Project Manager to own the publishing process for a major brand website across 10‑20 international markets. You will work directly with global editors and internal design, motion graphics, content, and CMS teams to ensure flawless, localized digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end publishing cycle for blog content and email marketing across 20 global markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client‑side editors and internal Design, Motion Graphics, Content, and CMS teams.
• Use no‑code CMS tools and email platforms to publish content that is live, localized, and pixel‑perfect.
• Oversee the artwork approval process, ensuring deliverables meet client guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose process improvements.
• Conduct thorough QA of articles and email campaigns to maintain brand consistency and message alignment.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
• Interest in learning how global tech companies manage high‑volume content at scale.
• Comfortable presenting updates and discussing processes in English with worldwide stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with no‑code CMS platforms such as WordPress or Contentful.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (desired).
• Ability to manage large volumes of content without losing focus.
