Junior Planner – Advertising Sales (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Junior Planner will support Disney’s advertising sales team by creating commercial proposals across multiple platforms. This six‑month temporary role focuses on aligning campaign objectives with advertiser needs while collaborating with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Craft commercial proposals for multiplatform formats, defining KPIs and budget recommendations.
• Prepare supporting information and recommendations for agreement negotiations.
• Coordinate with Integrations, Programming, and AdOps to develop sports proposals and verify inventory across platforms.
• Work with sales partners and commercial executives to review and optimise campaigns to meet KPI targets.
• Evaluate audience performance and campaign results for special projects, both pre‑ and post‑flight.
• Utilise company tools to enhance the development and presentation of proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience, preferably in communication, media, or digital agencies.
• Knowledge of multimedia planning, purchasing types, metrics, and formats.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of English.
