Junior Partner Account Manager (Spanish, Russian & English)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies whose products help people connect online across cultures and regions. It is looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager fluent in Spanish, Russian and English to join its Quality Compliance team within the Content & Service Quality Operations department. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control
• Analyze statistics, reports and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement quality sufficiency and strategies with the team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, including complex and non-standard requests
• Contribute to improving partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines)
• Collaborate with internal teams on efficiency and cost optimization

Required profile

• Spanish and Russian at C1+ level (reading, writing, communication)
• English at B1+ level (reading, writing, communication)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience negotiating, working with contractors, partners and claims

Required skills

• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Advanced use of Google Workspace
