Junior Outbound Operator – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Outbound Operator to join our Argentina‑based resourcing team. The role focuses on executing consistent outbound outreach to service leaders in highly technical markets, ensuring the company stays visible to the right prospects each week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the target account list for outbound campaigns.
• Prepare and send LinkedIn and email sequences following defined messaging guidelines.
• Monitor market triggers, follow up intelligently, and flag warm opportunities to the commercial manager.
• Record activities and outcomes in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align outreach with hiring pain points and buyer psychology.

Required profile

• Previous experience in repetitive or operational roles (sales experience not required).
• Fluent English – written and spoken – suitable for professional communication.
• Comfortable working remotely in a professional office‑style environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to follow detailed messaging scripts.
• High attention to detail, reliable and able to manage routine tasks independently.
