Junior Outbound Operator – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Outbound Operator to join our Argentina‑based resourcing team. Working remotely, you will support the commercial team by keeping the outbound outreach machine running smoothly and ensuring the company stays visible to the right service leaders each week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update target account lists and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns following defined messaging guidelines.
• Monitor responses, follow up intelligently, and flag warm opportunities for the sales manager.
• Identify triggers and market signals that could generate new outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to meet weekly outreach targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken) suitable for professional, white‑collar communication.
• Comfortable working in a remote, office‑style environment.
• Previous experience in repetitive, operational roles (sales experience optional).
• Highly organised, reliable and able to manage routine tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes.
