Junior Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Finance Analyst you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance team in a fast‑paced advertising agency. You will ensure accurate setup, maintenance and administration of financial and project data across multiple systems while acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support Finance and Account teams with project‑related information setup, maintenance and administration across various tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP‑related questions and support requests.
• Manage ERP user access, permissions and basic system administration tasks.
• Monitor and validate data entered into the ERP system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review timesheet submissions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate client creation, ensuring all required information is entered and approved.
• Assist with project setup and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation of finance operations processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
• Support month‑end activities and other recurring finance processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for finance projects and departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Customer‑service mindset with a willingness to support internal stakeholders.
