Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing AI‑native digital agency. You will support senior leadership in executing, optimizing, and monitoring 360° digital marketing strategies for multiple eCommerce brands across fashion, supplements, jewelry, and consumer products. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day brand and campaign management, ensuring timely execution of promotional initiatives.
• Support setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Help manage email marketing and CRM workflows using Klaviyo, Shopify Email, and similar automation tools.
• Extract and analyse data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms to produce performance reports and KPI tracking.
• Update product catalogs, configure promotions, and perform basic UX testing within Shopify.
• Collaborate on AI‑driven workflows, competitive analysis, and integration of AI tools into marketing processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/eCommerce marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify operations.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
