Junior Creator & Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Creator & Affiliate Manager to help scale one of the fastest‑growing creator programmes for a DTC pet brand. Working closely with our creative and growth teams, you will recruit creators, build relationships and support the production of engaging social‑media content that drives sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, outreach and onboard new creators and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Maintain ongoing communication, provide briefings and support creators throughout campaigns.
• Help improve creator briefs, suggest content ideas and monitor performance.
• Track emerging creator trends and propose new partnership opportunities.
• Assist in organising the creator community and coordinate with affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to align content with growth goals.

Required profile
