About the role
The Junior AP Analyst will support the Accounts Payable team by ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments and invoice processing. Reporting to the AP Team Lead, the role offers opportunities to develop expertise in payables and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices in line with predefined KPIs and handle rush invoices as needed.
- Respond promptly to supplier and internal inquiries and resolve issues impacting the AP function.
- Support assigned countries with third‑level escalations and assist with audits.
- Research and resolve invoices on hold, following up with vendors and requestors.
- Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and participate in decision‑making.
Required profile
- College degree.
- 1‑3 years of Accounts Payable experience (desired).
- Advanced English (B2/C1) and mandatory Spanish.
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and Oracle is a plus.
