Job Captain – BIM Lead for Architecture Projects

About the role

Ensemble is expanding its architecture and construction team and is looking for experienced Job Captains to join a talent pool for upcoming projects. The role focuses on leading BIM processes across architectural assignments, ensuring high‑quality digital models and seamless collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and standards for each project.
• Coordinate Revit, Navisworks, and other models with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Run quality control, clash detection, and model validation activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the design team and the BIM team.
• Ensure compliance with US building codes and BIM protocols such as LOD, COBie, and IFC.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM‑focused role.
• Advanced English proficiency for direct coordination with US‑based teams.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
