IT Support Technician – First & Second Line Support

About the role

Evolution Latvia is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first and second‑line assistance to internal users and contractors. You will install, configure and troubleshoot a range of devices while helping to maintain and improve the local IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices and other office equipment.
• Install, configure and update Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Manage user accounts in Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365.
• Perform physical network tasks such as patching, device installation, port assignment and cabling.
• Install and maintain server and network equipment, including cable patching in data centres and server rooms.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, assign equipment to users, audit inventory and de‑commission devices.
• Collaborate with facility and security teams to resolve security issues.
• Continuously develop and improve the local IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• Experience delivering first‑ and second‑line IT support.
• Ability to manage user accounts across Okta, AD, Azure AD and O365.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Linux desktop environments.
• Knowledge of basic networking, patching and cabling procedures.
