IT Support Specialist (Advanced English)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with advanced English skills to provide daily technical assistance to office and production staff, including senior executives. The role involves hands‑on support, project coordination, and collaboration with global IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across the site, including VIP support for Directors and VPs.
• Lead local IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades (e.g., Access Points), office relocations, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, repairs, and stock for PCs, tablets, mobile phones (iOS/Android), and meeting‑room equipment.
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, and Cisco applications to ensure network visibility.
• Collaborate with global teams in the Philippines and Denmark and with external vendors to maintain compliance with global IT standards.
• Maintain site‑specific documentation and handle tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, including PC imaging, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting both office and production environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, especially in PowerShell, Power BI, Power Automate, or AI tools such as Copilot Pro and UiPath.
