About the role

The IT Support Administrator at Omilia is responsible for both day‑to‑day end‑user support and the administration of core IT systems. You will own platform configurations, manage access, and monitor system health to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer identity and access management tools – create user accounts, configure SSO, and conduct regular access reviews.
  • Manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Okta, including provisioning and configuration.
  • Handle escalated support tickets, perform complex hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitor system health, apply patches, and enforce endpoint security and compliance policies.
  • Oversee the IT asset lifecycle – procurement, provisioning, maintenance and disposal.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, onboarding/off‑boarding procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
  • Support security audits and provide evidence for compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT Support Engineers to improve processes and documentation.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of experience in IT or systems administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and process‑driven mindset.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with technical teams and end users.

Required skills

  • Identity management platforms – Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace.
  • MDM/EMM solutions – Jamf, Intune.
  • Windows and macOS administration; basic Linux knowledge.
  • IT security frameworks, endpoint protection and patch management.
  • IT service management tools and familiarity with ITIL processes.
