IT Sourcer Trainee

About the role

We are looking for an IT Sourcer Trainee to join our talent acquisition team. This position is ideal for a final‑year student eager to gain hands‑on experience in tech recruitment and support our recruiters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the search for candidates for positions assigned by Tech Recruiters, aligning with client requirements.
• Utilise the Talently platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify suitable tech talent.
• Participate in weekly client meetings to provide updates on the pipeline of assigned positions.
• Assist People, Operations, and Product initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of IT recruitment and familiarity with recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and propose new ideas.
