IT Operations Analyst – Colombia

About the role

Sezzle is looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join its growing Colombia team. You will be the primary point of contact for device inventory, Google Workspace administration, and MDM implementation, delivering high‑quality IT support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, deployment, physical security, and lifecycle of macOS and Windows devices for Colombian employees.
• Respond to IT service tickets in Jira, handling issues from inception to resolution.
• Work on initiative‑based items in the Jira backlog to make the IT Operations team more proactive.
• Stay current on the application stack and IT security, communicating relevant updates to engineering and broader teams.
• Obtain and provision hardware and software requests, including on‑call and occasional after‑hours duties.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires and handle IT aspects of employee terminations.
