About the role

The IT Operation Engineer will be responsible for the daily operation of Lenovo’s supply‑chain IT applications supporting procurement and logistics. You will troubleshoot business issues, provide end‑user support, and help improve operational efficiency through AI research.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of supply‑chain applications (SCI, LOC, POCM and related systems).
Diagnose and resolve business‑level incidents and technical bugs.
Provide customer support and maintain knowledge‑base documentation.
Maintain and enhance self‑developed Java/SQL applications.
Research and prototype AI technologies to boost efficiency.

Required profile

Solid understanding of standard supply‑chain processes (purchasing, inventory, sales).
Ability to read, analyze and debug source code.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Java and SQL.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Logistics or related field.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – the working language.
Strong sense of responsibility, ambition and collaborative spirit.
