IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to manage the ticketing system, provide technical support across multiple platforms, and ensure smooth, secure operations for its remote Argentine team. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, asset management, and collaboration with the Cybersecurity committee.

Key responsibilities

• Track and resolve all IT support requests in the ticketing system, meeting SLA targets.
• Provide user support for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security audits of IT systems.
• Manage laptop configuration, shipping, and overall asset inventory for Argentine users.
• Document procedures, common issues, and resolutions for internal reference.
• Contribute to the internal AI chatbot by adding common IT queries.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and AI technologies to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT principles and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
