IT Desktop Support Engineer – Buenos Aires Province

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Buenos Aires Province. The role focuses on providing hands‑on technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring that hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver desk‑side support, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operating system problems across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
• Perform smart‑hands tasks on networking equipment such as routers, switches and VPN devices.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow, Remedy or similar tools, ensuring timely updates and closures.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions and configuration changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team, with flexible scheduling.
